a) During a visit to the website
When you visit our website www.baehr-gmbh.com, information is automatically sent to our website server by the browser used on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and is stored until automated deletion:

For questions of any kind, we offer you the possibility of contacting us via a form provided on the website. In this respect, it is necessary to provide a valid email address so that we know from whom the request originates and so that we can reply to it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.
The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 under a of the GDPR on the basis of your consent given voluntarily.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form shall be erased automatically after completion of your request.

4. Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These are small files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smart-phone or similar) when you visit our website. a) Tracking tools
The tracking tools specified below and used by us are carried out on the basis of article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 under f of the GDPR. With the tracking tools used, we want to safeguard a needs-based configuration and the ongoing optimisation of our website. On the other hand, we use the tracking tools to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of the optimisation of our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned article.
The respective purposes for the data processing and the categories of data can be found in the corresponding tracking tools.
i) Google Analytics1
For the purpose of needs-based configuration and ongoing optimisation of our pages, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as: "Google"). ii) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
In order to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of the optimisation of our website for you, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. In the process, Google Adwords installs a cookie (see article 4) on your computer if you accessed our website via a Google ad.
These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords website of the client and the cookie has not yet expired then Google and the client can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Each and every Adwords client receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of Adwords clients. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Adwords clients who have opted in for conversion tracking. The Adwords clients receive the total number of users who clicked on their ad and who were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be identified personally.
If you do not want to participate in the tracking procedure then you can also refuse the installation of a cookie required for this - for example, by means of a browser configuration that generally deactivates the automatic installation of cookies. iii) Matomo
We use the open source software Matomo to analyse and statistically evaluate the use of the website. Cookies are used for this (see article 4). • to request the protection of the processing of your personal data in accordance with article 18 of the GDPR, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to their erasure and we no longer require the data, but you need them for the assertion, enforcement or defence of legal claims, or you objected to the processing in accordance with article 21 of the GDPR;
• to receive, in accordance with article 20 of the GDPR, your personal data that you provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format, or to request that it be transferred to another controller;
• to revoke your consent at any time in accordance with article 7 paragraph 3 of the GDPR. This implies that we can no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future and
• to complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with article 77 of the GDPR.. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority in your usual place of residence or work location or our corporate seat for this purpose.

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 under f of the GDPR then you are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to article 21 of the GDPR, insofar as there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct advertising.
